1 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at tacleaningservice.com, requesting a quote, scheduling a service, or engaging Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) in any capacity, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2 Services Provided

Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service offers the following professional cleaning services in the Greater Nashville, Tennessee area — including Franklin, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Cool Springs, Berry Farms, and Nashville:

The specific scope of each cleaning visit will be agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3 Scheduling & Appointments

3.1 Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone, or via our online booking system. All appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

3.2 Access to Property

You agree to provide our cleaning professionals with safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned. If access is denied or restricted upon arrival, a cancellation fee may apply.

3.3 Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full.

4 Pricing & Payment

4.1 Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space. We will communicate any adjustments before or promptly after service completion.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, major credit cards, and electronic payment methods. Late payments may be subject to a service charge.

4.3 Returned Payments

In the event of a returned check or failed electronic payment, you will be responsible for any bank fees incurred, plus a returned payment fee of up to $35.

5 Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not apply to areas not included in the original scope of work.

6 Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best results, you agree to:

Failure to disclose known hazards that result in injury to our staff may result in liability on your part.

7 Limitation of Liability

Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service carries general liability insurance. However, our liability for any damage to property caused by our cleaning professionals is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the value of the service rendered on that visit.

We are not liable for:

Claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate all claims in good faith.

8 Privacy & Communications

8.1 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8.2 SMS & Text Communications

By providing your phone number and consenting to SMS communications, you agree to receive text messages from Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service regarding appointments, promotions, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.

9 Independent Contractors

Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service’s cleaning professionals may be employees or independent contractors. You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any current or former Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service team member for private cleaning services for a period of 12 months following your last service with us.

Violation of this provision may result in a referral fee.

10 Right to Refuse Service

Tidy Alliance Cleaning Service reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any client at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe working conditions, harassment, or property in a condition that poses a health risk to our staff.

11 Website Use

The content on tacleaningservice.com is provided for informational purposes only. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content. Unauthorized use of our website, including data scraping or attempting to gain unauthorized access, is strictly prohibited.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Williamson County, Tennessee, unless prohibited by law.

You waive any right to a class action proceeding.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
